Novabloc concrete machine 

The second of the concrete block machines that we want to talk about is Novabloc:

Fully automatic installation with NOVABLOC press equipped with the modular vibration system, patented by Poyatos.

Modular vibration consists of two unidirectionally synchronised vibrating shafts. Each of these carries, at the same time, two eccentric masses that at full load and at speed, without stopping, add up or compensate for each other, managing to vibrate or not, with the engine always running.

The Megabloc model concrete block machines stand out for offering the highest productivity on the market (more than 4,500 20 cm blocks per hour, 18 pieces per tray) thanks to their modular vibration system (patented), driven by a single 45 kW motor, based on 2 independent vibration tables. This allows a compensation of the filling by means of the independent regulation of the parameters of vibration of each one of the tables. In addition, the system includes an encoder to electronically control the frequency and amplitude of the vibration with maximum precision.
