The Prima L is the more automated version of the Prima machine. It includes a stacker-elevator system to automate the curing process and an automatic clamp for final palletising — giving your plant more output with less manual work.

The Prima is the most accessible machine in the Poyatos range — designed specifically for new concrete block plants in developing markets. Unlike the fully automatic Universal, Novabloc, and Megabloc, the Prima uses a semi-automatic process where pressing and vibration are automatic but pallet handling and palletising are done manually. This keeps the machine simple, the investment low, and the maintenance easy — making it the ideal starting point for entrepreneurs and new plant owners.

What is the difference between the Prima and the Prima L?

The standard Prima requires manual pallet handling and manual palletising throughout the production cycle. The Prima L adds a stacker-elevator system and an automatic palletising clamp — automating the most labour-intensive parts of the process. The Prima L is the right choice when you want more output and less manual work without moving to a fully automatic machine like the Syncro or Universal."
