In our block making factory, we design and manufacture under our own patent: Block making machines (with fully automatic circuits for transporting and storing parts); superimposed production machines (for the manufacture of paving stones and special pieces); Turbo-mixers (from 500 to 3,000 litres); Splitters, Concrete plants, etc.

In this way, we have 14 different machine models, including block making machines, machinery to give better finishes to concrete blocks and for concrete plants. Thus, our machines present productions ranging from 800 to 5,400 blocks/hour (in 400x200x200 blocks). And they are equipped with the most advanced systems. So they can produce all kinds of concrete, such as: blocks, bricks, road curbs, sidewalk pavements, slab slabs, decorative latticework, etc.

Our block making factory is located in Granada, in the Autonomous Region of Andalusia, Spain. It has facilities of 30,000 m2.; equipped with high-tech machinery, robotic and numerical control machines.

The manufacturing process that we follow allows us to reduce costs and a high quality finish of our products. All the machines we sell are mostly manufactured entirely by us, assembling hydraulic and electronic components and embeddable elements from leading brands worldwide.

At the Poyatos Block Machine Factory we have a staff of highly qualified workers that includes a large technical team of engineers (mechanical, electrical and electronic).

Our technical department uses the most technologically advanced programs to design and develop a large number of innovations and patents that are constantly applied to our facilities.

All our machinery is entirely manufactured in our workshops, by ourselves, (including the electrical control panels. This allows us to carry out a functional test before dispatch). This allows us to be at the technological forefront of the sector and offer an excellent after-sales service.
