Two types of mixers for Concrete Batching Plants

To achieve our main objectives with regard to our customers, we have two types of mixers available that use different mixing systems: -       Turbomixers (MF series) -       Planetaries and Turbo-planetaries (MP Series). Both types of mixers are manufactured with different loading and mixing capacities in order to adapt to the different models of concrete block machines and their production capacity. 

How do the MF Series Concrete Plant Mixers work?

We will begin by saying, as you can read on our website: “the floor and sides of this model’s mixing pan are totally inner-lined with special replaceable anti-abrasive steel plates.” In addition“the blade arms are pivotally mounted and cushioned with silent-bloc hard rubber; they are self-adjusting and replaceable, easily accessible and fully protected against dust. The pulleys are made of NI-HARD anti-abrasive cast iron.” The MF series Concrete Mixers have a circular discharge gate in the floor of the machine which is constructed entirely of electro-welded steel. This machine is mechanized and bearing-mounted, providing smooth, low-stress operation. It can be operated manually or automatically by means of a pneumatic or hydraulic system. We also point out that “This mixer has a full cowling with a detachable cover and includes an inspection trapdoor. The motor is totally accessible from the outside of this mixer for concrete batching plants.”
