The Poyatos insulation insert device automatically places a sheet of insulation material inside the concrete block mould during the normal production cycle — before the concrete is pressed. When the block is ejected from the mould, the insulation is already embedded inside it. No extra production step is needed. No additional operators. The finished block has built-in thermal insulation from the moment it comes off the production line — ready for curing and dispatch.

The Poyatos device is primarily designed for expanded polystyrene (EPS) sheets — a lightweight, widely available thermal insulation material used in construction worldwide.
