1º Machinery to offer an ageing process for concrete blocks

The bush hammer or aging machine has an aging procedure by hammering and is equipped with 144 tempered steel hammers. In addition, it comes equipped with a cabin to dampen noise and, at the same time, to function as a dust suction chamber.

We leave you the main technical characteristics of the bush hammer:

• Patented aging machine for pavers and other pieces from above.
• Aging procedure by hammering.
• Equipped with 144 hardened steel hammers.
• Optional: 144 bush hammer plates (not included).
• Power: 6kw.
• Equipped with a cabin to dampen noise and, at the same time, to be a dust suction chamber.

 

2º Color dosing systems in the manufacture of pavers

A machinery that plays an important role in the manufacture of pavers and are the color dosing and distribution systems for granular powder dyes for all Poyatos block making models.

3º Polystyrene injection systems in the manufacture of pavers

We have a system for inserting patented polystyrene sheets to manufacture blocks with insulation patented by ourselves. For all concrete block machines models. Automatic or manual execution depends on the model.

4º Splitting machines

Finally, we cannot forget about the splitter to cut concrete blocks. In this case, we have two models:

a) Semi-automatic splitter, Mod E-600

The semi-automatic splitter that is equipped with 4 blades (interior, upper and lateral) and has the following technical characteristics:
Semi-automatic operation.

• Equipped with blades and support for blocks from 40 to 270 mm high (optional up to 420 mm).
• 600 mm long blades (optional up to 800 mm).
• Hydraulic group motor power: 7.5 CV.
• Hydraulic pressure: 115 Kg/cm2.
• Cutting force: 17,500 Kg.

Automatic splitter, Mod. A-600/4

It has the characteristics that we show you below:

• Automatic operation, equipped with 4 blades: upper, lower and lateral, with mechanically and hydraulically compensated forces.
• Cutting length: 610mm.
• Cutting height: from 40 to 270 mm (optional up to 370 mm).
• Hydraulic pressure: 115 Kg/cm2.
• Cutting force: 20,000 Kg.
• Production: 24 blocks per minute (12 cuts / minute) or 36 blocks per minute (18 cuts / minute).
