1º Concrete block splitting machines

The semi-automatic splitter for cutting concrete blocks is equipped with 4 blades (bottom, top and sides). It is also semi-automatic, powered by the motor of the hydraulic unit: 7.5 HP.

The main technical features of this machine are:

• Semi-automatic operation.

• Blades and support for blocks of from 40 to 270 mm in height (option up to 420 mm).

• 600 mm blades (optional up to 800 mm).

• Power from the motor of the hydraulic unit: 7.5 HP.

• Hydraulic pressure: 115 Kg/cm2.

• Cutting force: 17,500 Kg.

Automatic splitter, Mod. A-600/4

We are talking about another model of this machine to give special finishes to your concrete blocks. 

• Automatic operation, fitted with 4 blades: top, bottom and sides, with forces compensated mechanically and hydraulically.

• Cutting length: 610 mm.

• Cutting height: from 40 to 270 mm (optional up to 370 mm).

• Hydraulic pressure: 115 Kg/cm2.

• Cutting force: 20,000 Kg.

• Production: 24 blocks per minute (12 cuts/minute) or 36 blocks per minute (18 cuts/minute).

2ºAgeing process for paving

If you want to give your paving a better appearance, the ageing-bush hammering machine presents process of ageing by hammering, and is equipped with 144 tempered steel hammers.

It also has a cabin to dampen the noise, which at the same time works as a dust suction chamber.

The main features of the concrete block ageing machine include:

• Patented ageing machine for paving and the top of other pieces.

• Hammering ageing process.

• Equipped with 144 tempered steel hammers.

• Optional: 144 bush hammering plates (not included).

• Power: 6 kW.

• Fitted with a cabin to dampen the noise, which at the same time works as a dust suction chamber.

3ºPolystyrene injection systems

Another of the machines that will help you give a better finish to concrete blocks are systems for inserting polystyrene sheets. At Poyatos you will find patented systems for inserting polystyrene sheets for making blocks with insulation, in all block machine models. The operation is automatic or manual, depending on the model.
 

4ºColour dosing systems

Finally, Poyatos also offers colour dosing and distribution systems for powder and granule colouring, for all block machine models.
