Are you an entrepreneur and need concrete block machines?

Then the Prima concrete block machine may prove to be your best option. This is the most economical concrete block making machine, and yet it is an ideal machine for producing quality concrete blocks, both industrially and for the manufacture of special parts. Prima is the concrete block making machine for entrepreneurs par excellence, and it also adapts to the needs and conditions of entrepreneurs who are planning to launch a project in a developing country. Moreover, there is no need for large installations to set up and operate this machine for making concrete blocks (15.75 KW). This is a great advantage, both functionally and economically, especially in developing countries where electrical installations may not yet be fully functional.

How the Prima concrete block machine works

We are talking about a type of machinery that goes one step further than standard concrete block machines and uses a semi-automatic process. Instead of the machine moving (occupying excessive space), it is the trays themselves that move. Once the pieces are vibrated on wooden or metal trays, they are removed by an operator with a handcart who transports them to the curing area. Finally, the pieces are palletized manually. This is therefore a semi-automatic process that provides much greater production than the more traditional concrete block machines. More specifically, the average hourly production of concrete blocks is 1100 blocks of 20x15x40 cm. with a minimum surface area of 700 m2.

No need for large electrical installations

Another feature that makes this type of concrete block making machine ideal for entrepreneurs is that it does not require large electrical installations to get it up and running; it only needs 15.75 KW. This is a great advantage, both functionally and economically, especially in developing countries where electrical installations may not be fully functional.
